Outstanding, friendly and professional service! I took my 2010 Toyota RAV4 with 341,000 km to Erskine's as a different facility was unable to diagnose a vibration that has been bothering me for months. The problem was quickly determined, I received a detailed and understandable explanation, and it was repaired promptly at a very reasonable cost. I was also given a complimentary report of the health of my vehicle with future recommended maintenance and a schedule, which is so helpful. My car is running beautifully and I plan on keeping it for a long time. I am confident that I can now do so, with proper maintenance instead of constantly fixing what is broken. I will be taking my car to Erskine's in future as will my husband. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service. Love the courtesy drive to my place of work. Love the Vehicle Condition Report received via text, plus you can also book appointments on line and get confirmation via text. It’s been a couple of years since I was last at Erskines and I love the new updates for getting service. As usual Nathan is an expert in his field at the front desk, glad that has not changed since I’ve been gone. Best Service Centre in town!

Always great service in a timely fashion, been going here for years and most importantly always answer the phone when you call, called then on a Friday night about a half hour before closing and they picked up right away, made an appointment the following week. I’ve left messages at other place and no one calls you back, so guess who’s getting my business!

The staff is very friendly. They keep you informed as to what work is recommended and they prioritize what should be done first. Also even if they give you a quote, when it comes time to do the work, if they find the part cheaper, you will be charged the cheaper cost. Great people to work with.

When one keyfob self-destructed in Nov. 2024, it took till now to get thru all the hoops to positive results. It presented challenges that Eric persevered in eliminating till I now have 2 fobs again!! Many thanks to them are well deserved.
