Excellent experience from beginning to end. I brought my BMW in with a screw in one of the run-flat tires after being told elsewhere that the tire could not be repaired. Eric and his team properly inspected the tire from the inside, confirmed that it was in excellent condition and that the puncture was safely repairable, and completed an inside patch-plug repair.

They were professional, honest, efficient and incredibly accommodating. I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM, they provided a complimentary shuttle to work, and my car was ready shortly after 9:30 AM.

It’s not easy to find a shop you immediately feel you can trust, and I’m very happy to have found Erskine’s. I will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Went get my own supplied remotes programed and keys cut.Thefirst thing i noticed was a very welcoming showroom -waiting area and and was very well greeted!
Keys cut for very reasonable amount and the programing was tried multiple times Seems I got the wrong remote. I was steered to fellow locksmith and very kindly not charged for the programming.

The team was fantastic from beginning to end. When I made the initial telephone call with Carole she was friendly, professional and got my vehicle in quickly. The mechanic was thorough and reported accurately the state of my vehicle. I am very impressed. Thank you Erskine.

I had 3 visits in less than a week. And they were great at getting me in quickly, diagnosing the problems and fixing my vehicle. I hope to not see them again for awhile. (At least until my next oil change). But overall satisfied with my personal experiences and Jacob, Eric & Bruce all displayed caring customer service. Hope to continue a good relationship for both of our vehicles going forward. Thorough inspections, clear communication and the confidence of knowing our vehicles are SAFE and WELL maintained for longevity. Is our highest priorities.

I used to take my BMW to the dealership but I wasn't happy with their service. My husband found Erskines which was in our town. I am so happy we found them! Great service, great staff! We will be using them for servicing our cars for now on.

One thing I don't like is surprises and I didn't. My vehicle was done on time and that was important to me. They also drove me to work and picked me up when the work was done

Excellent, professional, knowledgeable service. Thorough inspection performed when I took my car in for what I assumed was alignment or balance issues. Turns out the issue was the tires. My front tires had little tread; rear only slightly more, a hazard not pointed out despite having tires mounted elsewhere only this spring. I will continue to have car serviced here.

I took my Tesla in for a diagnostic after it started making a loud noise when accelerating. The service team was thorough and honest when informing me of the work that is required and didn’t try to push me to do anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary. They have worked on more than one of our cars, they did very thorough diagnostic work for us and found open TSB's that would be covered by the dealer. The staff was great to work with and they a good job of setting and readjusting expectations (communicating delays beyond their control, parts).

I really appreciate what you did for me. Explain everything to me. Loaned me a car. So I wasn't stranded. I'd recommend other people to you. Looked after my car. Soon as it arrived to your location. Shop is clean. Might of been expensive but while worth it. I'd come again.💯

From the initial phone call to pick up, the service at NAPA AUTOPRO – Erskine’s Service Center was outstanding. They were able to get my vehicle in the very next day, completed a full inspection, repaired the initial issue, and thoroughly checked the entire vehicle for any additional warnings or concerns.

Throughout the day, they kept me fully informed with detailed updates, reports, and photos, along with clear explanations about any repairs that were recommended and why they were necessary. The communication and transparency were excellent.

Originally, they thought the repairs might not be able to be completed in one day, but they went above and beyond and were able to finish everything the same day. My vehicle was ready to go when promised, which I really appreciated.
